Hey guys and gals, I know some of you have already sent in your exco forms but we need you all to do us a favour. Please treat the form more seriously. I do understand you guys want to have fun but let's not have it in this form, is that alright? I won't blame those who have already submitted the form since I did not make this clear earlier on, in fact I wana praise them for being so enthusiatic.(but from now onwards, we will not entertain informal forms)
Let's make it simple, for those who have already submitted their forms, do it one more time alright? Please fill in everything as well.(a NIL is required whenever applicable)
Besides sending all exco members a copy, you should hand in a hard copy too.
For those (J1s and J2s) who have read this message, please kindly inform your friends about this reminder.
