SIR guobin will be taking training this friday, 9am sharp (please do not be late, at least not half an hr late-.-). outside audi, half gi. the training will consist of some PT, kicks, back thrust and how to use it, sparring techniques and last but not least some sparring. thus bring ur guards!

2nd Inter-Junior College Combined Taekwondo Training Host by SRJC
SRJC is hosting the 2nd Inter-Junior College Combined Taekwondo Training and has invited Ms Wong Liang Ming, the National Squad Coach, who had also been awarded the IOC Women and Sport Achievement Diploma by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the course conductor for the training.
We would like to invite a few junior colleges to send their Taekwondo Team to participate in the combined training on sparring skills and techniques movements.
Date of training: 19th November 2007 (Monday)
