EXCO EVENT + MIRROR ROOM DATES

1. Exco Event (Candidate-Organised Activity)
The candidate organized activity will take place on 8th May, Friday from 4.30pm to 8pm. All Exco nominees are to form ONE organizing committee and meet to plan for this event. The Chairperson of the event is to inform either Eileen or Yuqin about the meeting dates and time. The current Exco will be down to observe the discussion and planning process.
The purpose of the activity is to bond the batch. The event should consist of:
- Team-bonding activities
- Dinner
- After Dinner entertainment
2. Mirror Room dates
Teams/Individuals training for pattern comps, the mirror room will be available to us on the dates and times mentioned below. We don't have the mirror room to ourselves for long each time as MAD, Chinese Dance, Hip Hop etc need the room too for Dance Night/Arts Fest etc. SO YES, MAKE GOOD USE OF THE TIME YOU HAVE IN THE MIRROR ROOM TO TRAIN :D
