With the successful passing of the Exco event held on 8 May and the interview held the following day, the exco election is close to coming to an end!
On 13 May (this coming WEDNESDAY), we'll be having the Speech and Voting. It'll be held in the A208. Even though we would not be having cca training that day, EVERYONE (J1s/J2s/running for exco/not running for exco) IS STILL EXPECTED TO TURN UP. Attendance will be taken as usual and those who do not turn up and are without official reasons will be dealt with SERIOUSLY (think along the lines of a private date with Dr Siva :D)
Everyone is to be seated in A208 by 3.15pm! We need to brief yall about the election plus voting procedure.
CANDIDATES, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Everyone is to prepare a 2 mins speech (at most). Content not restricted but it should be related to the club and/or the exco and/or the post you're running for.
2. After the speech, there'll be 2 mins for Q&A.
3. Also, you will have to randomly choose a scenario/general question to be answered in a limited time.
Actual voting will be carried out on the same day.
More details will be given on the day itself.
