EXCO Elections

The EXCO interviews have ended. Coming up next will be the EXCO elections. Thank you all who stayed back late after school for the interviews; and sharing with EXCO'10'11 about yourself and your personal/club goals. Now its time to share it with the rest of your batch and prove yourself to be deserving leaders of HCTKD!

EXCO Elections

There will be 2 elections:
  1. General Elections (11 May 2011)
    • Election of 10 EXCO Members
  2.  Presidential Elections (18 May 2011)
    • Out of the 10 EXCO Members, 4 short-listed candidates will run for Presidency and Vice-Presidency
Both election process comprise 3 segments:
  1. 2 min speech by candidates
    • Candidates are to give a 2 min speech which may comprise of the following areas:
      • Introduction of themselves
      • Strengths/Weakness of themselves
      • Reasons for running for EXCO positions
  2. Q&A Segment
  3. Voting
    • Voting instructions will be released on the election day itself
Do note that candidates with the highest number of votes are short listed as the new EXCO'11'12. Presidential candidates will be short-listed by the current EXCO, Mr Guna and Dr Siva.

Every vote counts. So do have an idea of who is worthy of becoming your EXCO'11'12 to lead the club.
